My old model.
The night hunter on U-boot Fairey Swordfish MK III.
The history is known - September, 1944 of "Swordfish" from a board of an aircraft carrier of English Naval Forces of "Windex" managed to sink four submarines in one fighting embarkation.
This modification was developed in 1943.
In total 2391 Swordfish, from them 320 MK.III are let out.
This model has a temporal binding - Fairey Swordfish Mk.III NH-M NF374, from the 119th squadron RAF which were based in Bircham Newton in 1945.

It's always a very great appeal to see those biplane a/c used during WW2 which gained fame... FIAT CR 42, I-153 (very nice model by Heller) and Swordfish for example.
