this time I show the construction of a Caproni Ca 311 a reconaissance plane of the first 40"

made of wood canvas and steel tubes it was develped from Ca 310 and 309 of liason and training use

I got the kit on Ebay, it was started and cheap but I found a prop less!

happy to be useful, Istarted the internal structure with metal wire

many italian a/c were made with wood, canvas and steel tube a result of autarchic policy. Italy was dammned to sanctions for invasion of Abissinia but these were ineffective as many nations ignored them. In fact Italy got a lot of brevect from USA. I will paint it in a desertic camo, giallo mimetico 3 and verde mimetico 2, by british sand and spinach, this camo was applied on field by spraying the A/C with sand, leaving only small areas of the previous camo or covering it at all and then applying small patches of verde mimetico or bruno mimetico rarely
